From Jewellery to Architecture

People often ask how my practice moves so comfortably between jewellery, furniture, painting and large-scale public installations.

For me, the ideas have never belonged to a single discipline.

A rhythm first explored in a ring can later become the carved surface of a stool. A question about the value of wood can develop into a monumental sculptural vessel. A fragmented drawing can eventually find its way into furniture or architecture.

Rather than changing disciplines, I'm continually translating ideas across scale.
