PLATFORM Opens at the Design Museum

This month marks the opening of PLATFORM: Simone Brewster at the Design Museum—my first museum exhibition and an opportunity to bring together over two decades of work across sculpture, furniture, painting, jewellery and installation.

Rather than presenting individual objects in isolation, the exhibition traces the ideas that have shaped my practice over time: material, identity, memory and the stories embedded within the objects we choose to live with. It also introduces new works created especially for the exhibition, alongside sketches, prototypes and process material that reveal how ideas evolve through making.

If you're visiting London over the coming months, I hope you'll have the opportunity to experience the exhibition in person.
